- Operating at 15,000rpm, this hot-swappable Fibre Channel (FC) disk drive module provides 2Gbps performance, higher performance than disk modules of the same capacity operating at 10,000rpm. When used in Fibre Array Storage Server (FAStT) configurations consisting of FAStT Storage Servers and FAStT EXP700 Storage Expansion Units, this 15,000rpm disk module operates up to 2Gbps, end-to-end FC speed. Also, you may use this disk module in the FAStT200 Storage Server and FAStT EXP500 Storage Expansion Unit. This module provides a higher performance 73.4GB disk drive module for these FAStT enclosures operating at 1Gbps FC speed compared to disk modules operating at 10,000rpm.
